A lot is only as good as the point it was bought at.

Our quality system starts upcountry, not at the port. Aggregation, cleaning and testing are treated as one process with a single output: cargo that matches the contract.

How we aggregate

Anchor aggregators

We work with a limited set of aggregators per production belt, each accountable for the lots they deliver.

Farmgate visibility

Purchases are tied to a known origin area and season so a lot can be traced back if a claim arises.

Consolidation & cleaning

Lots are consolidated at warehouse, destoned and machine-cleaned to contract grade before sampling.

Testing process

What we measure, and when

  • Intake screening

    Visual grading, moisture meter reading and foreign-matter check at warehouse intake. Off-spec lots are rejected or re-cleaned.

  • Composite sampling

    Representative samples drawn across bags to form the lot sample offered to the buyer.

  • Laboratory analysis

    Moisture, free fatty acid, oil content, purity, admixture and damaged-seed percentages.

  • Pre-shipment inspection

    Independent third-party inspection (SGS, Cotecna or buyer-nominated) at stuffing, with sealing photographs.

We publish our compliance position as it stands — held items and in-progress items are labelled separately. Nothing is claimed before it is issued.
