About
An international commodity trading house, sourcing at origin in Nigeria.
We built Kudalgroup around a simple observation: Nigeria produces commodities the world wants, and value is lost wherever quality, documentation and logistics are handled to a lower standard than the destination market demands. We operate to the destination market's standard.
Mission
Move Nigerian agricultural output to international markets without quality leakage.
Our mission is to be the counterparty international buyers can rely on for Nigerian origin — where the sample matches the shipment, the paperwork is complete, and the specification is agreed before money moves.
Our vision is a diversified agricultural group: multiple commodity desks, processing interests, and the logistics capability that Nigerian agriculture currently lacks. We intend to earn each of those, one operating line at a time.

Our goals
Where Kudalgroup is going
Expand into every agricultural sector
From commodity trading into processing, storage, inputs and value-added lines — building capability across the full agricultural value chain, one sector at a time.
Build an agricultural stronghold in Africa
A pan-African sourcing and export network anchored in Nigeria — connecting production belts across the continent to reliable international demand.
Lead in AI-powered agriculture
Deploying data and AI across yield forecasting, quality grading, price discovery and logistics — bringing precision agriculture to African supply chains.
The people behind the desk
One team covering the lot, from farmgate to bill of lading.
Every order is worked end-to-end by a named member of the team — click any name to see exactly what they own, or write to them directly.

Chief Operations Officer
fahad.mansur@kudalgroup.comFahad oversees the operating rhythm of the group: procurement planning, warehouse and port logistics, quality-control systems, documentation workflows, and cross-border compliance. He makes sure every department moves as one integrated trading desk from inquiry to shipment.

Chief Strategy Officer
jabir.imam@kudalgroup.comJabir shapes the group's long-term market position: identifying new buyer geographies, structuring off-take partnerships, mapping commodity arbitrage opportunities, and aligning procurement with global demand cycles. He works closely with operations and finance to turn trading insights into repeatable export pipelines.

Sourcing & Buyer Relations
abdallah.idris@kudalgroup.comAbdallah owns the buy-side and sell-side relationship at once: he maps production belts, maintains our aggregator network, and is the first point of contact for international buyers from first inquiry to repeat contract. If you are buying from us, you will almost certainly speak to Abdallah first.

Logistics & Documentation
ibrahim.babayo@kudalgroup.comIbrahim moves the paper and the box: booking vessel space out of Apapa and Tin Can Island, preparing phytosanitary, origin and fumigation certificates, and keeping every document bank-ready for LC and CAD settlement.

Outreach Officer
mahmoud.gwarzo@kudalgroup.comMahmoud manages the group's external engagement: farmer network expansion, community and aggregator outreach, partnership onboarding, and coordinating field communications so our sourcing desk stays connected to the production belts.

Transport Coordinator
ibrahim.attajiri@kudalgroup.comIbrahim coordinates the physical haul — trucking from upcountry warehouses to port, container stuffing supervision, weighbridge tickets, and the handover to the shipping line so containers gate in before cut-off.

Quality Control & Grading
ahmad.isyaku@kudalgroup.comMuhammad runs sampling, moisture testing, purity grading and lot acceptance against the destination market's specification. No lot is offered to a buyer until his bench has measured it, and he supervises third-party inspection (SGS, Cotecna, Bureau Veritas) at loading.

Procurement
nasir.mohammed@kudalgroup.comNasir executes purchasing at the farmgate — negotiating volumes and prices with aggregators, scheduling intake during harvest windows, and making sure contracted tonnage actually arrives at the warehouse on time and on grade.
Why Nigeria
Origin advantage is real. Execution is the differentiator.
Scale of production
Nigeria is among the world's largest producers of sesame, cowpea, sorghum and cassava, with harvest windows that complement other origins.
Fragmented supply
Most output sits with smallholders. Value is won by whoever can aggregate consistently and hold grade across thousands of small lots.
Documentation gap
Buyers price in Nigerian counterparty risk. Clean inspection, phytosanitary and banking documentation removes that discount.
Philosophy
Sourcing to export, end to end
- 01
Own the farmgate relationship
We buy through known aggregators in defined production belts rather than the open spot market, so a lot can be traced back.
- 02
Test before you promise
No specification is offered to a buyer until the lot behind it has been sampled and measured.
- 03
Paper is part of the product
Inspection certificates, phytosanitary documents and bank-ready paperwork travel with every shipment.
- 04
Grow only into what we can run
New verticals graduate from inquiry to operating line when supply, capital and capability are all in place.
